Configure your CollabNet TeamForge site

Specify settings to enable your site to work at its best under your individual conditions.

CollabNet TeamForge is controlled by settings in the master configuration file, site-options.conf. This page describes some of the most useful modifications you can make. In pursuit of even greater efficiency and performance under your site's particular circumstances, you may want to experiment with other variables not described here.
Before you do any configuration on your site, set up the master site configuration file by copying the sample configuration file from the installation package.
  1. Specify your CollabNet TeamForge site's host and domain names
    Identify the host where CollabNet TeamForge site will run and the URL where users will find it.
  2. Set your basic TeamForge database options
    Set up your site's database to manage the work products that your site members produce.
  3. Set up email delivery from your CollabNet TeamForge site
    To enable your site to send automatic notifications to users by email, set up a mail server.
